District 40: Charlie – Spaghetti dinner was a success. There is a roller skate party on October 15th from 6 to 9 at Skate Away.

District 49: Michelle - Nothing to report at this time.

District 52: Absent

District 53: Paul – August 15th : Vision for You Workshop 10 am – 2 pm. October 10th – Grace in Service 10 am – 2pm. September 6th – Potluck 11 am – 3 pm.

District 59: Absent

District 62: Joel – Nothing to report at this time.

Christine: Motion to accept last month’s minutes. All in favor. The motion passed.

Activities: Moe

Fully preparing everything for Soberstock on August 22nd. Trophies are ready for the softball competition; still collecting raffle baskets; still going over logistics for speakers vs. generators.

Chris is Absent, but let the group know there is nothing to report at this time.

Central Office: Charlie

There were “new IGR” folders requested by a few people, anyone who needs one can grab one after the meeting.

The RICOH printer service contract is too expensive and will be changed for something more affordable.

I showed the secretary how to add the minutes to the website & trained the new web chair.

Corrections: Glenn – Nothing new to report at this time.

Institutions: - Jeremiah

All except one commitment was filled for August. We could use somebody from Last House on the Block to help with Mountains Edge commitments, if we could have a contact. Rachel, the alternate has been doing a great job.

Unity: Sam

The meet and greet went well. Sam would like to start going to District meetings or home groups to be available if anyone has questions about Intergroup.

Finance: Vacant

Old Business: None.

New Business

Christine: Someone approached her at the Unity Event to volunteer for the Vice Chair position. Kris is willing to stand for the position. The group was asked if anyone else wanted to be considered, there were none. So, a voice vote was taken, all in favor. The motion passed and Kris is Vice Chair.
